And Bob's a serial killer. He's already out there mentally if he's prepared to brutally gut children. Serial killers feel a lot of emotions when they kill, like a high. The very articulate planning of what he would do, the intricate cuts, the details would probably make him *cough* excited. It's not that far of a stretch to consider he would feel something towards Bart. It couldn't be love (in the show), but there would definitely be emotional ties involved on Bob's behalf.
Of course "The Simpsons" Is a cartoon. They couldn't have anything like that on it. For instance, after planning so long to kill Bart, Bob would have done it. He wouldn't have stopped. (This action only adds fuel to the fire of BORT lovers of course)
But seriously, if you're going to attack a YAOI community, go and attack a larger one. The kind that has no basis. For example... CloudxSephiroth. In canon there is absolutely no way they would get together. It just wouldn't happen. But the BORT fans do have a basis in canon. The only reason they're not together is because the creators decided against anything like that, and it's still a kids show(ish). But from a psycho-analytical point of view, there's a high chance that if the characters were real, Bart would be tied up somewhere, being tortured, and Bob would be feeling very.. *cough* high.
